These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ab356 platform, including the website located at ab356.io, its mobile-optimised interface, and all related services, features, content, and functionality offered by ab356 (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms in full.

The ab356 platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. ab356 enforces a strict 21+ policy without exception. Players who are found to be under the age of 21 will have their accounts closed immediately, all balances forfeited, and any winnings voided.

• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You may hold only one ab356 account at any time. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension.
• Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and up-to-date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms.

ab356 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or in response to suspicious account activity. Acceptable identity documents include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or valid driving licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh or any recognised national authority.

Your ab356 account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any bets placed, deposits made, or changes to your account settings.

• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. ab356 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify ab356 immediately at [email protected].
• Account Currency: All ab356 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and limits are all expressed in BDT. ab356 does not offer multi-currency accounts.

• ab356's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts: ab356 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or failure to complete identity verification.

ab356 supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount at ab356 is ৳500 BDT.
• Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your ab356 account within seconds of mobile confirmation.
• ab356 does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Your mobile money provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges — these are outside ab356's control.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.

• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is approved. ab356 may request a National ID, passport, or other supporting documents.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to applicable wagering requirements being met in full prior to withdrawal.
• ab356 reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for security review purposes. Players will be informed of any delay and the reason where possible.
